Since you cross the door, you feel welcome and cared. Lovely service from the ladies in the front desk (not easy to find in this kind of places). Dr Aydami attended me, first time I meet him, yet I felt comfortable. He took his time to listen very patiently. I never felt rushed. Since his first suspicious of my condition he was really persistent until he found the problem. Literally he saved my life. life saver

Considering that doctor visits aren't a top attraction for some of us. I found this doctor surgery very comforting. Staff were helpful and made the whole process seem easy. I know in most cases,waiting times can be a bore but my first visit was minimal which was great. Dr Chan was also helpful in that he seemed to be like.(we'll get this sorted) which I very much liked. No Bulk Bill but don't mind paying for good service. Definately be returning future visits

I was seeing a Dr regularly for a basic migraine preventative script & these appointments were paid in full every time. My last appointment was via Tele health & lasted all of 3 minutes. The receptionist very rudely contacted me within minutes on the consultation to say my payment didn’t go through. I checked my details & they were correct but this girl continued to call & harass me every hour even though she knew I was at work. I paid the bill manually the following day as the calls never stopped, it was ridiculous. Then I find out, because I complained about the service, to be petty, the Doctor cancelled all of my repeats on my e-script (that I had paid for). Unfortunately I only found this out yesterday when I went to access it. Because I didn’t have this medication or access to a Dr quickly my migraine set in within an hour and I had to be taken to hospital for treatment. This is the most unprofessional behaviour from a Doctor that I have ever encountered.

I booked my daughter to see Dr Kavitha this morning at Top health Cannon hill. The receptionist knew that Dr Kavitha was running late. She informed other 2 patients waiting for their appointments about Dr being late but not me. One patient was before me and one was after me. The receptionist was so racist that when I actually gone to check with her if the doctor is running late, she rudely answered me and didn’t even bother to come to me to inform. She didn’t even apologised How rude. Also she informed one patient that this Doctor has always been running late and the doctor is never on time Now what type of a receptionist they are and how they are getting paid for this job. So pathetic service.
